Unfortunately, your RV information does not indicate what vents/screens that you would have. That being said, 14"x14" vents are significantly more common than 13"x13". The replacement screens that we carry, like the Replacement Screen Frame with Screen # BVC0573-32 which fits the Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent # V2119-603-00 fit inside a 14"x14" roof vent, the screen itself is not 14"x14".

In order to get you the correct wiper seal for your 2017 Thor Four Winds 31W you're going to have to remove some of your current seal so you can measure the length as well as the side profile of the seal. Once we know these dimensions I can recommend a replacement that matches what you have.
For example, the Rubber Wiper Seal # SR98FR you looked at measures 15' Long x 3-3/16" Wide and is bulb style with a stick on application.

On page 9 of the manual for the Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly w/ Disc Brakes, part # DM9713093, it has an equation to use to ensure that the towed vehicle's air dam, or bottom of facia doesn't interfere with the tow dolly platform and/or tire stop.

In order to flat-tow a vehicle and carry a spare tire/wheel for the motorhome you'll need to use the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier w/ 2" Receiver Opening part # RM-195225 which is designed for this exact purpose. I do have a potential solution for you, but we do not carry the Coleman brand air conditioners. You may be able to add on a Coleman brand thermostat, but this would likely require a decent amount of installation including replacing the distribution box and wiring in a wall thermostat.

According to the owner's manual, front wheel drive models of the 2015 Ford Escape must be towed using a tow dolly, AWD vehicles must be towed using a trailer. The vehicle cannot be dinghy towed with all 4 wheels down.
